    Fee schedule for sales

  • • For a sale price less than or equal to €100,000 (incl. VAT): 10% (incl. VAT) of the sale price, with a minimum flat fee of €10,000 (incl. VAT).

    • For a sale price between €101,000 and €500,000 (incl. VAT): 6% (incl. VAT) of the sale price.

    • For a sale price equal to or greater than €501,000 (incl. VAT): 5% (incl. VAT) of the sale price.

    Non-cumulative principle: The fee applicable to a specific price range is exclusive and does not combine with fees from other ranges. Our fees are immediately due on the day the sale is effectively completed and recorded in a single written agreement signed by all parties.

    Fees are payable by either the seller or the buyer, depending on the terms of the agency agreement, and include 20% VAT.
